What To Feed Baby Fry?

I Have Mollies And Platies That Just Gave Birth I Have 2 Groups,A Week Old Gruop And Day Old Group.Should I Feed Them Both The Same Thing Or Diffrent Items??? I Tried Feeding Them Ground Up Fish Food But They Dont Take Much,Some People Say They Eat The Java Moss I Put Into The Breeding Tank.I Really Need Some Help.
