Can Jungle earth, forrest moss or cork bark be used in Giant Snail housings or stick insects?

I am looking to house 2no giant african snails however I am unsure what substrates to use. My partner bought some EXO Terra jungle earth and Forest moss plus a huge piece of cork bark. I do not want to use anythign that could hurt the snails delicate foot!! Advice greatly recieved. I have a friend with stick insects , could she use any of these materials if I cannot?
