What do I do To become a waldorf teacher.?

I want to be a Waldorf Teacher, and was wondering what steps I have to take to become one. I will be going into 12th grade this coming school year, and after I graduate I want to start the training to be a Waldorf Teacher. I have tried researching on the internet to figure out what college/credits/classes/training I need, but I am quite confused. Some sites say you need a masters or a bachelor's degree (in what I dont really know), others say you dont need any college at all. I also cant figure out what required to become a waldorf teacher. Do I need a teaching degree? I have Many Questions. So I was just wondering what steps do I take to Become a waldorf teacher. (for the grades 1-8th loop)
