Where is better to stay for Mardi Gras: Roosevelt (Waldorf) or Royal Sonesta?

I agree..you wont spend a ton of time in the hotel. I would say the Waldorf, because it is much nicer. Look online though to see who has better prices. Also, I would suggest you book asap! The prices are going up and the rooms go fast. People renew every year and book months in advance.
