Supertall buildings in Chicago?

When will there be a new supertall building in Chicago or Illinois? I'm talking taller than the Sears (Willis) Tower. I really liked the Chicago Spire but it's not gonna get built :( I know about Waterview (on hold) and the Waldorf Astoria. Thanks.
