Does anyone know where I can buy doll making kits (especially Waldorf dolls) in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada?
I'm not familiar with Waldorf dolls, but I do know most of the craft stores in and around town. You could try Mary Maxim in Paris. They sell lots of craft supplies, tons of stuff not in their catalogue and they have doll making supplies including skin tone fabrics and yarn for hair. a href="http://www.marymaxim.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category2_10003_50001_3074457345616717777_-1_Y" rel="nofollow"http://www.marymaxim.ca/webapp/wcs/store…/a there's much more in store than in the website or catalogue. Len's in Waterloo (my favourite!) and Cambridge has all sorts of craft supplies and fabrics and some doll making supplies. The Cambridge store is near a couple other craft outlets on Queen, so you should look around the area. The outlet for the Herrschners catalogue is in town on Victoria Street North out towards Bingemen's heading to Guelph. . a href="http://www.herrschners.ca/Default.aspx?" rel="nofollow"http://www.herrschners.ca/Default.aspx?/a I think there are two craft shops there? Not sure, one might be a scrapbook place. There's a quilt shop out on 321 Lancaster West that sells some craft supplies, I don't know if they have doll making things. a href="http://www.creativesisters.ca/" rel="nofollow"http://www.creativesisters.ca//a And there are a couple Michael's craft stores around town, one in Waterloo at Westmount Place and the other on Hespler road Cambridge with all the other big box stores. There might be a new Waterloo one on Ira Needles BLVD coming soon. Maybe. Most of the craft stores in the area are now scrapbook stores.
