Music download, transfer to iTunes?

Is there any sites like Frostwire(and limewire, but it's shut down) to download music to my computer and able to transfer over to iTunes to download onto my iPod? I already tried to download frostwire, but it says the original content can' be found, even my dorky, computer-nerd cousin can't figure out what the hell is wrong with it.
