Information on keeping bettas...?

Betta care is pretty universal. The ones in the cups at the petstore are just variants of the wild plakat. You can keep them like you would keep a regular vailtail betta. The tank should be heated to 79*F. You can feed him a high quality pellet diet, like Hikari or New Life Spectrum, and supplement with the occasional frozen bloodworm or brineshrimp. Fast them one day a week. You could only keep one per tank, with plain tankmates like 6 pygmy corys, 6 neon tetras, some ember tetras, or some chili rasboras.
