Help me plz .plz read this....?

hi I am a cosplayer and I wanted to upload my cosplay pics on facebook but there is some girls at school who make fun from everyone who is not from their bunch and they keep telling me nerd even thought i dont listen to them because it isnt true and no one knows about cosplay here they think at anime as baby 2 years old cartoons so i m thinking that if I posted my pics they ll make fun of me again so what do you think I should do?should I post the pics and not care about what they say or not post those pictures to avoid very negative comments??plz help!!
