Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl?

I would take it as a compliment. She's my favorite character on the show: yes, she can be bitchy, but it's good to have that power to use every once in a while, us girls need to embrace it! :-) She's also driven, goes for what she wants and is one of the most loyal characters on the show.
